Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping returns

Please supply us with the following details ( info@wyuen.com ) so that we can process your return:

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return / exchange

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Normally 5-7 days, depending on where you apply them, your skin’s moisture level, and your daily activities. As your skin naturally renews itself, the ink will gradually fade away.

It’s incredibly easy. Just remove the clear foil from the sheet and then place the sheet face down on your skin. If there are multiple designs on one sheet, make sure to cut out the designs first and then proceed with removing the foil and applying the tattoo. Press it gently with a damp cloth and hold for 20 seconds.

Completely! However, we do advise that you DON’T try to apply them on broken or sensitive skin, or anywhere close to your mouth or eyes. Also, if there’s any redness on your skin or you feel it tingling too much, you should remove the tattoo right away.

Using warm, soapy water and makeup remover to remove your tattoo. If you find the sticky part of the temporary tattoo difficult to remove, just try a bit of baby oil or bio oil afterwards.

Most tattoo size is 9.8*6cm, also we have some other size like 15*10cm, 12*8cm, the size is written in each product page.

Shipping to EU countries takes anywhere between 10 and 15 working days.
Shipping to the US/Canada takes anywhere between 10 and 15 working days.
Shipping to South America, Asia and Australia takes 12 working days, up to 21 work days.
Sometimes packages arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, but sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks.
PLEASE NOTE that your parcel may be delayed by Customs of your country as well as by your local postal service. This is the main reason why WE CAN’T GUARANTEE when will your order be delivered. Please be patient – once we send the tattoos everything is up to post and unfortunately we don’t have any control over international postal services or customs. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
